This week-long festival<\/span><\/a> at our local art enclave will feature creations by young motion graphic artists in a showcase of 50 GIFs, both on screens and in larger-than-life projections. The organizers promise to break the walls down between stuffy art galleries and the public whilst showcasing art as a form of entertainment. <\/span><\/p>\n

Other than hypnotising works on display, the exhibition also presents a range of GIF-related activities and workshops, including a ‘living photos’ GIF making masterclass with homegrown photographer Aik Beng Chia, a lesson on stop-motion animation for the little ones, and a session with curator Steve Lawler as he speaks about the featured artists and their artworks. <\/span><\/p>\n

Psst, we heard the opening night (Thu, Oct 5) will feature the likes of DJ Kiat, Intriguant and electronic duo .gif, so you definitely don’t wanna miss out. <\/span><\/p>\n

8. Explore Singapore\u2019s New Extension Of The Downtown Line<\/h2>\n

As one of Sumatra\u2019s last rainforests left untouched by rampant deforestation, Rimbang Baling is a vital territory for many critically endangered animals such as pangolins, tapirs, mousedeers, and orangutans.
