takoyaki balls with no intention of eating any.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Owner, Suryanie confessed that \u201cit sounded really weird\u201d, but she took the opportunity to distribute it to her family Facebook 2 years ago, Suryanie had a full-time job which meant that she was only pursuing the business on the side.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">But with their winning combination of pillowy-soft creamy batter and generous fillings, the demand for this snack started snowballing and before she knew it, she found herself taking this humble business to the next level with pop-up events.<\/p>\n<p><img family members who thought that she was \u201cwasting a degree to sell takoyaki\u201d.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In Singapore, where there is typically an \u2018unspoken rule\u2019 that one should have a university degree and a stable job to become successful, Suryanie\u2019s biggest challenge was deciding if she wanted to \u201cleave (her) full-time career and manage (her) business
